He was a head of product and customer experience for Orbitz Australia, responsible for conversion for the e-commerce group. He loves swimming, cycling and running, and since he can’t make up his mind on either of them, he is destined to do a triathlon one day.

Award winning designer with over 7 years of experience in online media. He has worked for some tier-one shops in the Australian interactive industry, including Visual Jazz and Bliss Media. When not sweating over pixels, you can find him evaporating bad enemies in Battlefield 3 or camping with like-minded (and similarly ill-equipped) designers in one of many Australian national parks.

Before we start designing anything, we delve into our client’s big picture. We look at the products, business model, company strategy, goals and limitations.

We ask lots of questions. We conduct the benchmarking study of the competition and make sure we know enough about the user. Understanding of the context, in which the product will operate, is a prerequisite for going further with the assignment.

Design by objectives.

Each assignment we accept has a clear set of objectives to meet. In case our client defines no specific goals, we insist on creating them before we set off with the project.

• Wireframing In each design iteration we gradually increase wireframe detail in order to arrive at the high fidelity schematics containing 100% approximation of how your product will look like.
• Prototyping Static wireframes may often be insufficient to explore and present all nooks and crannies of a complex system. For this reason, we develop clickable (html / css) prototypes used for client evaluation as well as usability research.
• Specification development Handing your designs over to developers, we leave no room for interpretation. Detailed functional specs and process work-flows are meant to guide developers throughout the programming phase.
• Content creation Content is king. Cliche? Yeah. True? Hell yeah. If you commission us to work on your content, we contract the best talent on the market and oversee external copywriters, video producers to deliver as per your specs.
